jili23 Terms & Conditions - Legal Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

References to singular terms include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where the context permits, "includes" and "including" shall be construed without limitation.

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an Account and use the jili23 Services. This age requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine gambling laws and regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

You further represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and that you are not restricted from using online gaming services by any applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jili23 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying your age, identity, and location at any time.

2.2 Account Registration Process

You may only register one Account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, are strictly prohibited.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. 3.1 User Obligations

You agree to use the jili23 Platform only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not allow any other person to access your Account or use your login credentials. You are prohibited from selling, transferring, or otherwise making your Account available to third parties. Any such actions will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

You agree to use the Services in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and generally accepted standards of internet conduct. You will not use the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or improper purpose. You acknowledge that jili23 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and that any suspicious activity will be investigated thoroughly.

3.2 Security Best Practices

You are responsible for all actions taken using your Account credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, using strong unique passwords, logging out after each session, and never sharing your login details with anyone. jili23 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat support. Any such request should be immediately reported to our security team.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately change your password and notify our customer support team. We will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action to protect your Account and funds. However, you remain liable for any losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorized access, unless such access resulted from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

jili23 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank), and select cryptocurrency options as displayed in the Platform's cashier section. Minimum deposit amounts are specified for each payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise indicated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed prior to transaction completion.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly for electronic payment methods. Bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on your financial institution. You agree that all funds deposited into your jili23 Account are your own legitimate funds and have not been obtained through illegal means. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to refuse deposits from sources we deem unreliable or suspicious.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as your deposit unless technically impossible or prohibited by payment provider policies. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 require identity verification as described in Section 2.3.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 15 minutes to 3 business days. jili23 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. We reserve the right to limit withdrawal amounts and frequencies for security purposes and to prevent money laundering. Any withdrawal request that raises suspicion may be held pending investigation.

4.3 Inactive Accounts and Dormancy Fees

Accounts with positive balances that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of PHP 500 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is less. You will be notified via email at least thirty (30) days before any dormancy fees are applied. To prevent dormancy classification, simply log in to your Account during the twelve-month period.

5.1 Fair Play and Game Integrity

All Games offered on the jili23 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by jili23 or any User. You agree to play all Games in good faith for entertainment purposes only. Any form of cheating, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software, or other unfair practices is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action.

5.2 Betting Limits and Responsible Gaming

Each Game has specified minimum and maximum betting limits displayed within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding these limits and wagering only amounts you can afford to lose. jili23 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools can be accessed through your Account settings.

We encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and to view gaming as entertainment rather than a method of generating income. If you feel your gaming behavior is becoming problematic, please immediately activate self-exclusion tools and seek professional assistance through organizations such as Gambling Help Philippines or other responsible gaming support services.

5.3 Game Malfunctions and Disputes

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, jili23 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account balances to their state prior to the malfunction. All bets placed after a malfunction is detected but before the game is suspended may also be voided.

If you believe a game has malfunctioned or produced an incorrect result, you must notify our customer support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the incident. Failure to report within this timeframe waives your right to dispute the outcome. We will investigate all reported issues and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. Our decision on game disputes is final and binding.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility and Activation

jili23 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time of offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players, bonus hunters, and Users engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed primarily to clear bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for bonuses and may have bonuses voided and withdrawn at jili23's sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility).

Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain high-RTP games may contribute less or not at all. Full contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed using bonus funds that exceed maximum stake limits will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

jili23 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and terminate Accounts in cases of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using VPN or proxy services to bypass geographic restrictions, engaging in coordinated play with other accounts, betting on opposing outcomes, and any other strategies designed to guarantee profit or minimize risk while clearing bonus requirements.

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access your Account or use jili23 Services
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account
• Depositing funds that do not belong to you or that were obtained through illegal means
• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent payment instruments, or conducting chargeback fraud
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, or other prohibited tools
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or bugs for profit
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or jili23 staff
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Platform systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling Platform software
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to disguise your location
• Posting offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in chat or forums
• Advertising or promoting other gambling sites or commercial services

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. jili23 maintains zero tolerance for fraudulent or abusive behavior.

9.1 Platform Availability and Performance

While jili23 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Platform unavailability.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

jili23 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE PLATFORM.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, jili23, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Services, you must first contact our customer support team through the channels provided on the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within a reasonable timeframe, typically within fourteen (14) business days of receiving complete information about your concern.

All complaints must be submitted in writing (via email or live chat transcript) and include your Account username, detailed description of the issue, supporting evidence where applicable, and desired resolution. Verbal complaints or complaints made through social media are not considered formal complaints under these Terms.

10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of jili23 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedure may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or similar arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jili23. All disputes must be brought individually.

11.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team and requesting permanent closure. Upon termination request, any remaining Account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification procedures and confirmation that you have met all wagering requirements.

Closed Accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to use jili23 Services again after voluntary closure, you must register a new Account. This restriction does not apply to temporary self-exclusion periods, which allow Account reactivation after the specified cooling-off period expires.

11.2 Termination by jili23

jili23 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in any prohibited activities listed in Section 8
• Failing to provide requested verification documentation
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions
• Using the Platform for commercial rather than personal purposes
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Users
• Any activity that threatens Platform integrity or security

Upon termination for Terms violations, we may forfeit your Account balance (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses) and retain funds to offset any damages or losses incurred by jili23. We may also report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities and pursue legal remedies.

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon Account termination by either party, your license to use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution provisions.

jili23 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify Users by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending email notifications to registered Users.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and may close your Account as described in Section 11.1. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any updates.

Changes to these Terms become effective immediately upon posting for new Users, and thirty (30) days after posting for existing Users. During this thirty-day period, existing Users may object to the changes by closing their Accounts. Continued use of the Platform after the thirty-day notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, Game Rules, and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and jili23 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of jili23.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your Account to any third party without our prior written consent. jili23 may assign or transfer these Terms and your Account to any affiliate or successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets without your consent.

Force Majeure

jili23 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters.
